To begin the transport of the deceased from the Netherlands, we require:
A valid personal ID or passport of the deceased
A signed authorization form (provided by us)
A copy of the ID of the person authorizing the transport
An international extract from the register of births or marriages (if needed)
A certificate of burial location from the receiving country
Once we receive all required documents, Jasmin International takes full responsibility for organizing the transport of the deceased to the Balkans.
